Privacy policy

PayLedger stores account, business, invoice, payment, and subscription data so we can provide invoicing, payment tracking, reporting, and billing features. This includes your plan tier, usage counters, and subscription period dates.

We use secure cookies for authentication, keep audit logs for sensitive actions, and enforce access by business membership and role.

Payment processing is handled through Paystack. PayLedger does not store full card details. Subscription and billing events are received via Paystack webhooks.

Data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us directly.
