PayLedger is provided for business invoicing, payment tracking, and team collaboration. You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer and invoice data entered in your workspace.
Businesses control who can access their workspace through member roles. Owners are responsible for managing access and invitations appropriately.
Payment confirmations are based on verified webhook events from the payment provider. Client-side redirects are never treated as proof of payment.
Subscriptions. Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Business) are billed monthly in Ghana Cedis (GHS). If a payment fails or a subscription expires, the workspace is downgraded to the Free tier automatically. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Plan limits. Free accounts are limited to 5 invoices per month and 1 team member. Exceeding plan limits will block the relevant action until the plan is upgraded or the billing period resets.
Continued use of PayLedger means you accept reasonable updates to these terms as the product evolves. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
